Who we are
Sportly is used by sports facilities (gyms, pools, academies and similar) to manage members, subscriptions, entry and a store, and by members to show their entry pass and order from their facility.
What we collect
Account data: name, email, a hashed password (we never store it in clear), or the account identifier when you sign in with Google or Apple.
Member records: entered by a facility owner or staff, including name, an optional phone number, notes, subscription dates, prices, amounts paid and remaining, and entry history.
Store orders: the products ordered, quantities, status and time.
Notification token: a device identifier used to send subscription reminders.
We do not collect your location or contacts, we use no advertising data, and we never sell your data.
How we use it
To run your account, link you to your facility, show your entry pass, manage subscriptions and orders, send verification codes by email, and remind you before a subscription ends.
Who can see it
A facility sees only the data about you that belongs to it (your name, subscriptions, visits and orders).
Service providers we rely on: Resend (email), Firebase by Google (notifications), Google Play and Apple (facility plan payments in the app), and Google and Apple (sign-in).
We share nothing else unless the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account. Your account is removed and member records at facilities are detached from it.
An account with a pending order or an active subscription cannot be deleted until those are finished.
A facility may keep subscription and payment records that no longer identify your account, for its own bookkeeping.
Security
Connections use HTTPS, passwords are stored with a secure hash, guessing is rate-limited, and each facility's data is kept apart from the others.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
