Acceptance

By using Sportly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password private. Do not use anyone else's account or try to reach data of a facility you do not belong to.

Facilities and members

A facility owner is responsible for the member data, prices, subscriptions and store orders of their facility, and for handing orders over.

Subscriptions and payments are directly between the member and the facility; Sportly is not responsible for disputes between them.

Store orders are for pickup at the facility only, paid on collection. There is no delivery.

A facility's plan in the app

Every facility starts with a 14-day free trial, then picks a monthly or yearly plan (see the pricing page). Plans renew automatically until canceled; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Plans are bought in the app: through Google Play in the Android app and through Apple in the iPhone app, under that store's terms. They are canceled in Google Play subscriptions or in your Apple account settings.

Upgrading to a higher plan is charged the price difference at once; downgrades are not offered. Our refund policy is published on the Refund Policy page.

Who runs Sportly

Sportly is operated by Momen Shaer, Jenin, Palestine.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to disrupt the service, or to guess linking codes or entry cards.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted.
